Understanding our emotions
A beautiful tool that we can use effectively
Emotions are chemical reactions that are produced by the body in relation to the experience you are having at that time, whether in your head or in physical form.
They are a constant reminder of how we feel about our environment, ourselves, our lives and certain situations we find ourselves in.
Most of the time these emotions coarse through our bodies unchecked causing a huge host of feelings and sensations.
If not processed properly through conscious awareness then they have the potential to wreak havoc in our bodies and in our minds.
Think of the emotional responses that come as a result of being stressed and how many of us feel the intensity of it through a typical day. Worrying about how little money you have. Getting the kids to school. Worrying about what to make for tea. Getting to work on time. Worrying about what happened in the past and how you regret the decision you made at that particular moment. Worrying about the future and what is it going to look like.
Just experiencing these few scenarios can be overwhelming which brings with it a whole host of emotions such as anxiety, fear, nervousness, despair, worry, hate, anger, disgust and so on.
These particular emotions are called low vibrational emotions and are responsible for keeping us in a state of turmoil. People who operate at this level with these types of emotions are generally unwell, always tired, irritable and not always able to focus on the simplest of tasks. These emotions aren't bad, but if you have chronic stress or anxiety then it doesn't do the body or the mind any favours. In small doses and with the ability to consciously control them you can live a much calmer life.
Ideally, where we want to be though, is generating high vibrational emotions such as love, compassion, joy, empathy, happiness, worthiness and so on.

I used to be incredibly angry and very highly strung. Experiencing this and related emotions meant that I was attracting more scenarios into my life that would align with that particular emotion.
Once I decided to work on myself and really understand how important our emotions are, I then started operating from a place of love. The more I did this the more scenarios I would find myself that aligned with the emotion of love.
Emotions carry a magnetic charge which is what the universe listens to.
When you fully embrace the understanding that you get to choose what emotion you bring to the table, your whole world will change.
When you are said to be manifesting something, this is also known as aligning your vibration with the vibration of what you are manifesting. You first create an image with a thought process.
This thought process creates an electrical charge which, on its own isn’t going to align you all that quickly to what it is that you desire.

What we need is the emotion.
So when you picture yourself in the actual experience of having what you want but right now, you can then begin to see how it feels as if its already happening. When you do this you are then assigning an emotion to that experience.
This new emotion is what will affect your vibration and bring about vibrational alignment to your new desire.
When you do this the universe hears it and starts working with your new vibration to bring you what you want.
Its not entirely that straight forward however. This takes constant practice and total focus.
The best way to strengthen this new vibration is through meditation and breathwork.
The more you step into this experience the stronger your vibration becomes. The more the universe hears this vibration the more certain it is in understanding what you truly want.
When the universe is certain of what you want, it starts throwing opportunities at you that align with your vibration.
What stops us from achieving our desires?
Our noisy and chaotic lives. this is how the manmade system has been designed.
It is designed to keep you in a constant loop of stress, fear and anxiety.
This plays havoc with your emotional state and quite literally keeps you operating in default.
This means you are just running on autopilot of learnt behaviours and patterns rather than focusing on what it is you truly want in life.
As soon as you step away from this default mode your body will scream at you because its uncomfortable and unknown.
The body wants you to stay in a comfortable known routine.
If you push through the resistance and slight discomfort then you will definitely affect huge change in your life as I have done and am still in the process of doing.
You too can do the same.
Imagine if you could choose the emotional response of a particular scenario rather than allowing your environment to choose it for you, because believe it or not, allowing our environment to decide how we react is what most of us do day to day.
