Feeling the strain of being a Mum or Dad?
Trust me, you're doing your best and that's all your kids can ask for.

I am a Daddy, Dad, or whatever nickname they come up with to 3 beautiful girls. They are my Angels, the light in the darkness.

I know how incredibly tough and frustrating it can be raising children. Fortunately for us we see more beauty and Love than anything else, but I assure you there are days when you want to hide.
My eldest is 16 and in a wheelchair most of the time. From an early age she was diagnosed with severe cerebral palsy which means she has limited mobility in her limbs due to high muscle tone. Her cognitive functions and capacity to understand typically normal situations can be challenging for her also. It is not uncommon for her to have a meltdown due to a highly emotionally charged situation arising.
